We only offer free shipping to Malaysia. Shipping rates to other countries will be calculated upon checkout.

When will my order arrive?
Our orders are fulfilled on the same day for orders placed before 2pm (Malaysian time). Orders confirmed after 2pm are fulfilled the following working day.
You will receive a shipping update email once your order has been shipped out. The email contains the tracking number for your order. Please note that shipping to rural areas may experience slight delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to change it once the shipment is on its way to you.
Your shipment will be dispatched from Malaysia via our fulfilment and logistics partner, and the delivery time varies according to the shipping destination:

Please note if you have checked out with an in-stock item and pre-order item in your cart, your total order will be fulfilled together once pre-order stock has arrived in Kualesa's warehouse, and deemed ready to send out.
